Order Process
Since we currently accept Cash on Delivery only, please note:
- Orders are confirmed automatically through our system
- You will receive an order confirmation email after successful order placement
- Order confirmation email serves as proof of order acceptance
- No advance payment is required
- Order will be processed and prepared after confirmation email is sent
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Areas: We deliver across Pakistan
Delivery Time:
- Karachi: Within 24 hours on working days
- Other Cities Across Pakistan: 3-4 working days
Delivery Charges:
- Orders above Rs. 5,000: FREE delivery
- Orders below Rs. 5,000: Delivery charges will be added at checkout
Cash payment is collected at time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available at delivery address to receive order and make payment. Working days exclude public holidays and weekends.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
- Within 1 hour of order placement - Free cancellation
- After 1 hour - Cancellation may not be possible as order enters processing

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- Returns accepted only for damaged or defective items
- Claims must be reported at time of delivery or within 1 hour after delivery
- Replacement or refund will be processed for verified issues
